Cantwell Statement Following President Zelenskyy’s Address to Congress

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA) joined members of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives in a Joint Meeting of Congress with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Following President Zelenskyy’s speech, Sen. Cantwell released this statement:

“Tonight President Zelenskyy spoke to the American spirit. Our two nations share the values of freedom, democracy, and independence. Washingtonians and Americans stand with Ukraine,” said Senator Cantwell.
