Senator: ‘Bob Gogerty left an indelible mark on Seattle politics’

SEATTLE – Today, U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA) issued the following statement on the passing of longtime Washington state political consultant Bob Gogerty.

"Bob Gogerty left an indelible mark on Seattle politics,” Cantwell said. “He took on some of the region’s toughest issues and made the public’s will clear. He had a keen political mind that counseled numerous Seattle business and community leaders for years. His judgment and leadership will be missed.

“My thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends and coworkers.”
