New Southwest Washington Outreach Director Joins Cantwell Team

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA) announced a new staff hire to her office in Washington state. Kimberly Blake Pincheira has joined the team as Southwest Washington Outreach Director based in Vancouver, WA.

“Kimberly will be a great addition to our office and a tremendous asset for the people of Washington state,” said Cantwell. “Her valuable and well-rounded experience in southwest Washington will help us put our state first. I am pleased to have Kimberly back in our office.”

Pincheira rejoins the Cantwell team after three years with Representative Brian Baird’s office of Washington’s 3^rd District. Pincheira worked as Baird’s Constituent Services Representative, District Coordinator, and most recently as his District Representative in Clark County where she served as the primary contact for all community outreach. Pincheira got her start in politics by interning for Cantwell’s Southwest Washington office in 2006.

“I am thrilled to be Senator Cantwell’s point person in southwest Washington,” Pincheira said.  “It is great to be back in Senator Cantwell’s office, serving her constituents in a region of Washington state I have called home for many years.”
