Thanks for your interest in submitting an appropriations request to the office of Senator Maria Cantwell. Below are appropriations request forms for Congressionally Directed Spending, defense appropriations, and non-defense appropriations.

All appropriations requests to the Office of Senator Cantwell are tentatively due by 11:59 pm PDT on Sunday, April 6, 2025.
